Stripe Services Agreement & Tap to Pay Terms

Payment processing services for merchants on Nalu CRM are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement").

1. Stripe Connected Account Agreement

By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a merchant on Nalu CRM, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.

As a condition of Nalu CRM enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Nalu CRM accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Nalu CRM to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

2. Stripe Terminal & Tap to Pay Terms

If you use the "Tap to Pay on iPhone" or "Tap to Pay on Android" feature, you also agree to the Stripe Terminal Terms.

You acknowledge that:

• You will use the Tap to Pay feature solely for lawful business transactions.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the privacy and security of cardholder data.
• Stripe and Nalu CRM are not liable for any issues arising from your use of unsupported devices or operating systems.

3. Prohibited Businesses

By using Stripe services through Nalu CRM, you represent and warrant that you are not engaged in any of the Restricted Businesses listed by Stripe.

4. Fees and Payouts

Stripe fees for processing payments will be deducted automatically from your transactions. Nalu CRM may also deduct platform fees as described in our pricing policy. Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule and verification processes.
