By accessing or using Nalu CRM ("the Service"), accessible from nalucrm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nalu CRM provides customer relationship management tools designed for your businesses. Features include scheduling, invoicing, customer data management, and vehicle tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pricing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis or via a one-time payment (Lifetime Deal), as displayed on our pricing page.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information.
  • Refunds: Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Text / SMS Communications and Consent

By using our Service to input client data, you acknowledge and agree that you must obtain explicit verbal or written consent from your clients before sending them Text / SMS notifications via the Nalu CRM platform.

Required Verbal Consent Script:

When collecting a customer's phone number, you must use the following script (or substantially similar language) to obtain consent:

"Do you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your appointment status and service updates? Standard message rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."

You agree not to send messages to any customers who has not provided this consent.

Privacy & Data Sharing:

Nalu CRM respects your privacy. We do not share, sell, or lease your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. User Content and Data Ownership

As stated in our Privacy Policy, you retain full ownership of the data regarding your clients and business that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, or local regulations, rules, or laws.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • To attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nalu CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nalu CRM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
