By using Tap to Pay on iPhone, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the Tap to Pay on iPhone Platform Service.
These Tap to Pay on iPhone Platform Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Merchant", "you") and Apple Inc. ("Apple") regarding your use of the Tap to Pay on iPhone capability through the Nalu CRM application.
Tap to Pay on iPhone allows you to use your supported iPhone device to accept contactless payments from customers using their contactless cards or digital wallets, without the need for an external payment terminal.
You acknowledge and agree that:

You shall not use the service to accept payments for illegal goods or services.
Apple processes data related to Tap to Pay on iPhone in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. Transaction data necessary to process the payment is securely transmitted to your payment processor (Stripe).
Apple or Nalu CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tap to Pay on iPhone at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
