Tap to Pay on iPhone Terms and Conditions

By using Tap to Pay on iPhone, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the Tap to Pay on iPhone Platform Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Tap to Pay on iPhone Platform Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Merchant", "you") and Apple Inc. ("Apple") regarding your use of the Tap to Pay on iPhone capability through the Nalu CRM application.

2. Service Description

Tap to Pay on iPhone allows you to use your supported iPhone device to accept contactless payments from customers using their contactless cards or digital wallets, without the need for an external payment terminal.

3. Apple's Role

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Apple provides the underlying technology for Tap to Pay on iPhone but is not a party to the payment transaction between you and your customer.
• Apple does not process payments, settle funds, or handle chargebacks. These services are provided by your payment service provider (Stripe).
• Apple has no liability for any failure of the payment processing services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tap to Pay on iPhone only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with:

• Apple's Acceptable Use Guidelines.
• All applicable laws and regulations regarding payment acceptance and data privacy.

You shall not use the service to accept payments for illegal goods or services.

5. Data Privacy

Apple processes data related to Tap to Pay on iPhone in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. Transaction data necessary to process the payment is securely transmitted to your payment processor (Stripe).

6. Termination

Apple or Nalu CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tap to Pay on iPhone at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

7. Trademarks

"Tap to Pay on iPhone" and the Contactless Symbol are trademarks of Apple Inc.
